complete noob to modding PLS HELP unholy alliance

how do i set it so that teams start with both mcvs, i have playd around a lot now the enemy canm get them both, i sent a tank at the begiining to watch them how they do it and the seem to set up a couple of sovi barracks and ore refinerys then suddenly a construction yard appears w/o a mcv!!! just like its being built!!! also somwtimes sovis start wid allied mcvs and vice versa.

Save Unholy Alliance for mutliplayer ONLY. The AI is meesed up and it takes a lot of time and effort to fix it. TibEd cannot do this either.
