Nmenth 291 Posted January 8, 2010 Are there any programs out there designed for modifying RA2/YR sounds? I know Windows Sound Recorder in XP would work just fine, but since I have Vista... well Vista's Sound Recorder is basically as useless as dehydrated water, so I need a replacement and figure if there is something designed just for RA2/YR, I should get that. BioBen 3 Posted January 8, 2010 I don't know any made specifically for Ra2 as such but if you can get the sounds down to a common format like Wav or Aiff then you could just use a simple audio editor like Audacity and the like. Share this post Link to post
