C&C 4 Tested in Video Card Round Up

Recommended Posts

Chinese technology site, Inpai.com.cn have benchmarked the Command & Conquer 4 beta, along with many other recent games, in a round up of video cards they tested. You can view the Command & Conquer 4 test results in the images below.

As you can see the results above, the tests seem to be almost pointless because Command & Conquer 4 is capped at 30 FPS so every card passed. Click here for the original article (in English).

The test was pointless anyway as the worst card was a GT 220, thats above many cards many people have in their computers.

I've been wondering one thing; Is the graphics quality lower than KW? Because some of the screenshots and models looks like it.

(EDIT): Not that it bothers me. I'm all about gameplay.

Some shaders aren't that exciting and also it misses all the post effects that gave TW and KW some feeling.

But the gameplay quality is lower anyway :P

Erm, the tests and benchmarking is redundant. It's not like C&C4 requires good graphics stuff such as Crysis and RE5.

Did they tested all that in Max Settings? Most importantly that the low settings should give it a try too. I knew my Nvidia 8800M one day will become obsolete and it's not going to support further games already, even at low settings. But at least the new Radeon HD 4570 is a new one for me which I'll be getting that in a few months.
