Early previews of Red Alert 4 and Hell March 4

It appears this game and the song are somewhat being mentioned in ModDB lately.

 

First came Hell March 4, but the song isn't new and it's not the real one. It's a custom made!!

Then comes Red Alert 4, but it's just a mod for RA3 and needs to be renamed due to trademark infringement!!
