yes you can do that with rulesmd by changing SizeLimit= to whatever you want you can do that using TibEd too.

Yes, you need to use SizeLimit=

Most tanks are 3, bigger tanks are 6.

 

Then you can also change Passengers=

Each Size will use up one spot, so a Brute, for instance, will use up 2 spots, a Rhino 3, an MCV 6.
