Spam Alert 3 mod for RA3 released

After months of re-creating various RA3 mods, here's what I got done so far:

*RA3 Reloaded adds some new units, some balance changes and other global changes. That mod that is still WIP for a final version with more new units and other gameplay changes.

*RA3 EconMod adds some minor buff to the economy.

*Pre-Uprising Mod substitutes Bibber's RA3 Upheaval with some economic buff and having exclusive units of the Chief Scientist, Ursa Major, Tesla Tank and the Chronotank. But that mod came with no Uprising content maps.

*RA3 Patch 1.5 mod balances the RA3 game with Uprising content and came along with a pretty nice collection of exclusive Uprising maps ported into RA3 which are all edited by Bibber.

 

This new mod I am re-doing is the replacement and enhancement to the Pre-Uprising mod. The reason: a faster gameplay in C&C3 style, with Uprising content and other new units, fitting for both SP and MP. So far I don't think there has been another RA3 mod with a C&C3 style gameplay none other than C&C Retarded: Red Cocaine. Because of the mod name, there will be lots of changes on units, structures, abilities and support powers thus making this mod unbalanced, but it makes the mod more fun, because this time there'll be a whole bunch of unit spam wars in RA3.

Extract the mod:

Global Balance Changes:

- All 11 Uprising units including other units such as the Chief Scientist, Ursa Major, Attack Drone, Tesla Tank, Emperor King Oni and Shogun Executioner are in the mod. The Mumakil and Tripod are not in this mod.

- All Uprising maps ported into RA3 are included in the mod with some improved zooming.

- Economic buff: each Ore Node (skirmish and MP only) starts with 60000 credits, Ore Miner collects 400 credits every 10 seconds, Oil Derrick gain 25 credits per second (capturing it gains 1000 credits), money crates gain 2000 credits.

- All structures (except superweapons) increase their health/armor by 25%.

- All vehicles (except air units, Giga-Fortress, Emperor King Oni and Shogun Executioner) increase their health/armor by 25%.

- Note that there are no new changes for the multiplayer settings, system UI, skirmish AI, etc.

 

Allied Balance Changes (and costs/build time):

- Attack Dog 200/2, +20 health from 30.

- Multigunner IFV 800/8 and +25% health from 360.

- Multigunner Turret 800/8 and +100 health from 1000.

- Aircraft Carrier 2000/20, increases its speed slightly.

- Apollo Fighter 1000/10.

- Athena Cannon 1400/14.

- Assault Destroyer 1500/15 now can fire torpedoes when on water other than the cannon weapon.

- Airfield 1000/10, requires Refinery to be built.

- Barracks 600/6.

- Century Bomner 2000/20.

- Chronosphere 1500/20.

- MCV/Construction Yard 5000/50.

- CryoCopter 1600/16.

- Defense Bureau 1500/15, requires War Factory and Airfield to be built.

- Dolphin 750/8.

- Hydrofoil 900/9.

- Guardian Tank 1000/10.

- Javelin Soldier 300/3.

- Mirage Tank 1500/15.

- Naval Yard 1000/10.

- Peacekeeper 200/2.

- Power Plant 800/8. Power gains 150 each.
