Editing RA2 maps

I want to create a mission based from the RA2 map 'Hammer and Sickle'. Is there anywhere I download this map for editing purposes or maybe extract it from one of the installed files?

I did search for this map and have also looked through the MIX files with the XCC tools but with no result. Can someone give me a less sarcastic / more useful response?

Try Yuri's Revenge Argentina. They may have it. If not, I don't know of any place.

Hammer and Sickle is a .map file. It's floating somewhere inside the MIX files.
