Vb 6 install error

I am not postin for my self here, but for a mate (as he is crap in english)

 

He seems to have a error when installing tibed, he's gets a error saying "dowloading of VB6 runtimes failed"

 

how is it fixed?

I'm not a programmer or anything, but try re-downloading TibEd and reinstalling. If that fails download the VB6 runtimes.
