PurpleGaga27 40 Posted March 19, 2011 (edited) At first, the administrators had fixed a problem which prevented users to autologin into the new official C&C forums for some browsers and now the problem is back again, like as if it wasn't completely fixed! I logged in and the site goes back to the main C&C website, but when I go to the forums, the autologin isn't working and makes it look like I wasn't logged in at all when I am already logged in the main website! It worked in Firefox and Opera back then, until I having this problem again since Thursday. It worked on Chrome but only lasted for 15-20 minutes before I was kicked out of the log in unexpectedly. I allowed all cookies enabled and all add-ons disabled. Nothing changed. I am also using a ZoneAlarm firewall and Norton Internet Security 2009. The issue is that when I am logged in, it SHOULD NOT be taken to the main website! It should be taken to the forums instead. If this issue has something to do with cookies, tell me what should I do. I am really p***ed off about this. I really do not want to use Google Chrome at my home (to use the C&C forums) due to spyware vulnerability issues. As of now, I give the official C&C forums an F for the third time in the row (since this was their third forum change), until EA uses the Invision Power Board software. Manual login doesn't work. When I logged in, the user name text of "Welcome, Zocom7" is not lit up in white text in the main C&C website. When I logged in correctly, that message was lit up in white text. Cookie problem? I allowed all cookies (including third-party cookies) and it still doesn't work. For one thing though, I'm not banned from posting in the forums. It's a bug that some people have noticed. I already contacted EA customer support about this and there's no response so far. Nyerguds 102 Posted March 21, 2011 I've had this too. The solution is to log in by clicking Reply in some thread. Do note that this forum login, unlike the site login, asks your username, NOT your email. The problem is purely their own messing to do integration with the global login though.
