I checked multiplayer in RA2, I've been modding it lately, and maybe someone would wanna play with the mod?(basically makes infantry dirt cheap, Tanks hard to kill except with Cannon's or AT missiles and such, but expensive as hell) things like the Apocalypse Tank are nearly invulnerable(but Germans have proven that bunk with their now advanced shells that rip through most basic tanks in 3-4 hits, maybe more or less) but in turn the Apocalypse is the most expensive tank(costing 4000 credits) limiting it's production.
