The full 1.0.1 version of the Kane's Wrath Mod SDK WrathEd has been released today. It works both as a compiler and a viewer that can load the contents of .BIG and .SkuDef files. It comes bundled with a sample mod, much like the official Tiberium Wars Mod SDK. It's also told to be the first tool of its sort that can "decompile everything it can compile". There is no complete documentation on the current version, but it is announced and will be available soon.
