C&C Vortex In-Progress Renders

The team working on the C&C Vortex mod for Generals: Zero Hour has posted some concept art and renders, depicting the USA Talon Drone, which is an unmanned rocket-launching vehicle, and the Hover Supply Carrier for the Global Confederation, which will give them the advantage over other factions, as the Allies and Soviets will not be able to produce amphibious miners.

Fixed, but your description on ModDB states this:

being hover is an advantage in this mod as allies and soviets lost their amphibious abilities

This led me to a conclusion that all amphibious vehicles, including Amp. Transports, will not be available.
