tibed unable to start.

i have done a fresh install of red alert 2 & yuris revenge on my computer, and installed tibed 1, version 1.71 .

 

every time i try to load a game thats not emperor battle for dune it reaches 96% then gives me the error: "runtime error 9. Subscript out of range."

 

is there any way to fix this, i prefer to use tibed to manage my mods as its much easier for me to understand how everything fits & works though tibed.

 

i am currently running windows 7 x64 bit as well.

yes i have, but the error still persists.
