I'm New to Modding TW & Need Help

I've modded most of the other C&C games but I don't understand this one.

 

I just want to make just these few small changes.

 

Remove the Fog of War.

Change the Player Colors.

Remove units from being seen behind the buildings [like in Generals].

Change the starting resources.

 

I remember that in Generals / ZH you just create a data folder and put all the .INI files there and it would take the changes but how do you do it in this game?

In order to mod TW, you'll need the C&C 3 Mod SDK. Then, get started with reading zocom7's FAQ.
