Game speed, scroll speed, and scrolling messed up...

For some reason whenever I scroll across the screen, I get a blurred or doubled image of the screen.

 

I'm running the game at 1024x768x16 and have tried it at the other resolution, but I get the same thing.

 

I think it may have to do with the scroll speed cause when I move the speed to the lowest setting the scroll is fine, but, obviously, the mouse takes forever to move.

 

Any idea on how to fix this?

update your graphics drivers would be the 1st port of call, even if they are updated anything's possible, also what is your graphics card? This may be RA2 but there's no guarentees when it comes to graphics cards.

Sapphire RADEON 9600XT 128 MB

1 Gig RAM (PC 3200)

What moniter are you using? If it's a TFT what's the response time?
