C&C Zero Hour/Destructive Force

I like the "Destructive" mode but there is one problem, a team called "United Arab", when he is picked by the AI, it just build a barraks and a supply center. Is there a way i can remove/disable this team so the AI won't pick him randomly? I tried searching in the C&C folder but found nothing.

2) You cannot tell the AI which factions can be randomized, AFAIK.
