Okay. In RA2:YR, has anyone successfully created new countries with TibEd? I've been trying for several weeks now, but can't seem to get it to work. Can anyone give me the exact steps?

Suggestion: Dump TibEd. You're not going to do it very easily with that. Besides, you can't ADD new countries; only replace them.

Okay... Then do you know of any editors that can make sides? Or will I have to go in and edit everything by hand?

by hand... besides... i tried to make a new side.. it is harder... there was a very ancient post (about a year ago before i stopped) about making a new mcv for a replaced side.. that might help... i forgot what is the title though... maybe German Revival... yes... some indirect things in it... it is old...

Replacing a country is more trouble than it's worth and will ever BE worth.

 

Easier just to make a new game mode.
