Luk3us 63 Posted June 25, 2013 Hahhahaha.... Hhahahaha.... Hahhahahahahahahahhahh.... Saints Row IV has been "banned" (or to be more precise refused classification, which is as good as a ban) in Australia. Which is strange. Australia used to see such "bans" because of the lack of an adults-only rating for video games. The country now has such a rating, however, labelled as R18+, restricting the sale of rated games to those over the age of 18. Over a dozen games have since been given this adults-only rating since it was introduced last year, but Saints Row IV is the first to fall short of even those revised guidelines. Here's the official decision, handed down by the country's Classification Board: In the Board’s opinion, Saints Row IV, includes interactive, visual depictions of implied sexual violence which are not justified by context. In addition, the game includes elements of illicit or proscribed drug use related to incentives or rewards. Such depictions are prohibited by the computer games guidelines. http://kotaku.com/report-saints-row-iv-banned-in-australia-569376812 Hahhahahahaha... Share this post Link to post
PurpleGaga27 37 Posted June 25, 2013 Looks like the Aussies need a new rating classification of 21+ (adults only) in order to release this sort of game. Share this post Link to post
