Maps and MODS - Question ?????????

I have a problem, I have Tibed aas well as a nice map maker (FireSun) but I have no idea to modify them (changing, adding units) in a way that I'll be able to play them over the internet

 

Can anybody take the time to tell me cause I'm slow.

You can either make sure all people have the mod installed/active, then you can play against each other. Or you can put some changes into a map, but then you can't do a lot (adding new units is impossible then).
