Harvester Teleport

hi guys, i'm really glad the modding community is still alive.

i'm currently working on a Mod for KW and tried to give the T-59 harvester a short-distance teleport ability, but it won't work. the ability button is just grey. what am i doing wrong? all units xml's include the same code for teleport, but it seems that its not enough just to add it into the harvesters gameobject.xml
