Is there a free public website that lets you create multiple poll questions?

In GameReplays.org, the forums have an ability to post multiple poll questions, allowing logged-in users to vote on them. But is there a free public website that lets you create multiple poll questions and have any guest vote on it without registering?

 

I am not sure if Pollcode is one of them but I am attempting to try it. However, it does have ads/comments though for guests going through polls. Here's my sample poll for guests (it's a surprising question for you guys): http://vote.pollcode.com/21673243
