Add logos/flags to each sides/countries

How is this possible? Am i supposed to write the shp file somewhere to another side I added or what?

 

For example, for yuri country the logo file is yrii.shp.. understand me?

It's PCX, not SHP.

 

In other words, save your file with an image editor as PCX.
