For this week's Throwback Thursday we are going back and looking at some of the most iconic units from Command & Conquer games . Starting with the GDI Titan in Tiberian Sun from 1999. After the first Tiberium War, GDI decided to abandon the use of tanks in the traditional sense, instead opting for large bipedal walkers. Hence the debut of the Titan Mk. I. Standing at around 25 feet tall and armed with a powerful 120mm cannon, the Titan is force to reckoned with. The other advantage to large bipedal walking units, the can stomp on anything below their large feet. Many Nod soldiers have fallen victim to getting crushed by a group of Titans.
