What is it and how do you use it, i downloaded it cause it says u can edit units but ill i see is play mod.

i think i figured out how to use it, but when i click new projec t i get an error message-

 

Compile error:

Which version do you have? Did you have an older version installed previously?

Because this can only happen if you mix files of different TibEd 2 versions...
