Windows 10 games don't work

I got a 6gb system memory, windows 10 os, i5 processor 1 TB hard drive. Red alert 3 uprising won't open, screen flashes then says make sure I have directx 9.0 or higher installed and that I have the minimum required graphics card and that hardware acceleration is turned off. Yuri's revenge says unable to set video mode, anyway to fix these?
