I need help with a tiberium wars mod i downloaded please.

​the mod is called tiberium essence.

​I have done everything people have told me to do.

​They said have the game be patch 1.9, make a mods folder, and extract the files to that folder.

​I have done all of those things and the mod has still not worked.

can someone help me please?

Run the Tiberium Wars Control Panel (autorun) and choose Game Browser.

Did you make sure the mod files aren't bare in the Mods folder, but in their own subdirectory?

Yes, they are in their tiberium essence folder in the mods folder.
