TibEd 1 for RA2YR

I installed TibEd 1 on my old Win 98 coumputer that I have RA2YR on it worked fine. Then the computer crashed (had to reinstall Win 98 and RA2YR) then I reinstalled TibEd 1 but it would not start it gave me an error message that said the following:

 

A required .DLL file .MSVBVM60.DLL, was not found.

 

What does that mean, how do I fix it :?:

I also installed TiBed on my XP machine, and while it didnt crash, I recieved the same error message upon starup. Whats goin' on :?: :?:

you have to have microsoft virtual machine 6 installed.

The read me will tell you to put it in your windowssystem directory but in xp it has to go in the windowssystem32 directory
