Names Won't change when using Tibed

I am currently modding yuri's revenge. Well I am editing the ra2md.csf file, specifically the names for units. I edited the name for the prism tower, to say "tower of death", just for an example. I save the work i did, and close out tibed, then when I start up the game, the names still say "prism tower". If anyone can help me out, I would apreciate it a lot.

You also have to select "Save changes to game" (file menu), otherwise the changes are only in your .TIB file but not active in the game.
