some settings wont save?

i notice some settings dont apply in game like when i change G.I. build cost from 200 to 100 it doesnt work inside game however the range of the weapon does. any ideas?

Hmm,hmm what was your range for your GI? Are you sure you're doing the right thing about the save file cause you can save it to map or save it to the game. Did you add anything else or just the range and the cost?

In missions, some changes won't work since they are inside the mission as well, thus overriding your changes. But in skirmish it should always work (if it's not a mod map).
