hey i have a little problem i installed the game but when I want to play it it doesnt start but i get this error

we have encountered a serrious error. this can be caused by overheated hardware viruses or not having the minimum specifications for the game... blabla

But I dont have any virusses I do have the minimum requirments (even better) and my hardware isnt overheated i tried to defrag my pc with no result any help???

click start then programs go to ea games then ZH then click on "EAsy system info" this will tell you if there are hardwhare problems the serrious error normally comes up when you have a bad graphics card or do not have the latest drivers try downloading them.

ok tnx ill try those things if it doesnt work ill let you all know (its proberbly the drivers)

Post your full system specs, that always helps :wink:

 

And just like you said, its could your drivers being out of date. I would try getting all the latest drivers available for your video card, sound card, motherboard. Even update to Direct X 9.0b.
