cameo buildings

hey i am using tibed to edit YR and i enabled mayan prism towers, oil derrecks, and hospitals for building, but whenever i place a completed 'cameo' structure, all the little pics would be shaded and the icon for the building just built would have 'HOLD' at top centre. any ideas? thanks :?:

Do the buildings have cost greater than 0?

There will be problems if they are 0.

Also, do you have all the side/faction requirements needed for construction set up correctly? Comparable to other buildings? Also, perhaps you can set a prequisite building which might help.
