Doctor Destiny 41 Posted February 9, 2005 I'd learn more about modding before I changed the GUI. Share this post Link to post
ugkrut 0 Posted February 19, 2005 ok 10 day of learning will u now tell me? Share this post Link to post
Doctor Destiny 41 Posted February 20, 2005 No. Modding takes more than 10 days to learn just the basics. Have the ability to make all other types of graphics well and then you'll be able to change the GUI yourself. Share this post Link to post
alleylee 0 Posted February 20, 2005 lol... 10 days of modding... it took me 2 years just to get most of the warheads, units, infantries, buildings, projectilles, weapons, ariplanes, and some general sections down flat... 10 days... you can't get much done... Share this post Link to post

Doctor Destiny 41 Posted February 21, 2005 Um, the GUI: section of the CSF file has absolutely nothing to do with the graphics. With the attitude you're displaying, you don't deserve any help from anyone. We do this for free and we don't have to help you. Now, there's not much to changing the GUI. All it takes is graphical talent and a FIRM GRASP of the MIX file structure and the associated images. Do you know what I'm even talking about? If not, don't bother until you know what it is you're even trying to accomplish. Until then, stop wasting our time with petty insults and braindead questions. Share this post Link to post
alleylee 0 Posted February 24, 2005 lol... try playing around with it... it doesn't hurt to look through things, copy it, then play with it... Share this post Link to post
Wildshield 0 Posted March 10, 2005 1. Need the XCC Mixer (XCC Mixer at <http://xccu.sourceforge.net>) expandmdxx ecachemdxx Are two files you might need. You will be replacing SHP's for new art. To replace certain SHP's you will need to extract their names with the XCC. Share this post Link to post
