Reconnection error! Wtf

Help! When i start a internet game on certain maps or at random a message pops up sayin reconnection error which forces me to quit. Also I have a red ping permanently which is weird coz i got broadband. Some people have said its my norton personal firewall. If it is what port do I need to open for yuri's revenge? :?

Really the onli optoin is to disable the firewall when you play.
