You need the XCC utilities

 

a lot of those files may be permanently stored o nthe disk. If this is the case, you need to make a new MIX called expandmdXX.mix or ecachemdXX.mix (the XX's are whatever number you want) then put your own properly formatted video clips in the new MIX and rename it the same as the originals.
