C&C generals account problem

i just bought generals and zero hour and it wont let me make an acount it says the password i entered is incorrect. but how? i dont even have an account. and it says if i want to create an account hit create account. so i enter my email my name and the password i want and hit create account and i also fill in all my age stuff and it says password is incorrect. does anyone know what to do?

I have a gamespy account and yet i cant login or create account.

It says CANT CONECT TO C&C ZERO HOUR ONLINE.

Check your firewall.

 

Check your anti-virus.

 

Check Caps.

 

it has to be a VALID email with the @somink.com

 

has to be an unused account.

 

you gota be over 13 i think. (stick like 1977 in as your b-day)
