Zero Hour - Unable to open due to error

Dear All

 

I get this message when I run the game

 

You have encountered a serious error. Serious errors can be caused by many things including viruses, overheated hardware and hardware that does not meet the minimum specification for the game.

 

System Spec: DELL XPS GEN3 P4 3.4 - 1 GB RAM - 128 Radeon X300 Series.

 

Please note I have tried to install the game in 3 other system with same error message. Also note that I have used two different installation game cds.

 

Please help. This is the best game I ever played. :oops:

It would really be best to contact EA tech support first; they can sometimes be helpfull.

Have you made sure you using the latest drivers for your hardware? EG Video Card?
