Apache Errors

I'm pretty sure not many people on these forums will know the answer to this one, but here it goes. Whenever I am running a brand new version of RedHat Linux 8.0, and Apache was included in the package, already included. I get this error when trying to start it

Unable to bind to Port 80 on 0.0.0.0:80

In httpd.conf, the address is, by default, *:80. Which should work. But, it doesn't. Anyone have any tips?

it seems to me that it is missing a IP assignment. But i don't know jack about Apache
