Both lines are from Shadow Warriors, the first one is the promo for the game and the hint is what Wang says when you try and operate a tank and it breaks.

Fighter jets? This is just guesswork, but games they might come from are Ace Combat, Deadly Skies, Aero Fighters and U.N Squadran.
