When I was little, like 6 or 7.. we had the old C&C... but later when windows 98 came around, and I had been playing it, I noticed there were three catagories of space in the resource monitor: User Computer GDI Honestly, I really thought that was how much of my computer was being used to control my C&C connection to GDI.
