It is really weird. The first time I saw it, I could only see 3. If you read it over and over, you can see all six. Tell me how many you see the FIRST time that you read it.

Ugh, too tired to work it out.

There's nothing to work out. The brain can't process the word "OF" when used in certain sentences. Therefore you cant see three of the Fs the first time you see it.

 

PS: now that you've read this, you can see the other Fs in the phrase because your brain knows what to look for.
