Red Alert 2 install problem

When I try to Install Red Alert 2 an error message comes up telling me it encountered a problem. After a while I found a topic saying the same thing. So I followed the advice and changed setup to windows 98 but after that when I pressed install it could no longer find the disc?

That only works for RA1. The only thing I can think of that your disc might be a bit dusty...

 

Or else just buy a new copy, it's only a couple of bucks nowadays :wink:

Aye, clean your disc with a CD cleansing solution and try again. Also look for big scratches on the reading area.
