C&C 3Th side error

i have created a thrid side for C&C TS (FS).

When the game starts and the mcv is deployed we get 2 construction options (the 2 i want ) but they are not buildable.

When i click on them the voice says 'building' but nothing happens.

any ideas?

i have checked everything and i presume its right

Is the Owner= set properly? In other words, Owner=NewSide.

yes i did.

the new side is called Mutants so i set Owner=Mutants.
