I don't know if this is out of the forums rules but.

I have been searching all over to see if someone has ever sucessfully taken a PS2, modded it to be like a PC and run Windows and so on.

So if any one knows anything or has tried or will help or whatever but PLEASE respond to this post.

 

I already have:

-ps2

-hard drive

-network modem

-LEGAL! copies of Windows 98 (SE) (Me) and (XP)

-patience

-LEDs (power) (hd)

-system speaker

-flash bios rom (if needed)

-fans

-power sources

-cd-rom drive

-heatsinks

-mouse and keyboard

-monitor

Why would you defile your PS2 by doing such 'orrible things to it... For shame!

 

Go get an Xbox instead and stick linux on it instead. Its much easier.

I would like to own a 360

but I am waiting for someone mail me theirs...

I finally got to play all three systems out.

 

-360: Mad cool, more custom sh*t, badass games

-Wii: Fun, the controller adds to that, but after an hour or two gets tired and old. It's like playing the same carnival ride for 3 hours.

-PS3: My god, I would have never got to play it if it were so picky, playback is a horror show (sometimes it will, sometimes it won't). It demands blueray, and only blueray... it's fugly too inside and out. I spent... no, wasted 2 hours trying to find something it would play. I hate Sony, they fuggin backstabbed me... and NO ONE BACKSTABS THE MASKED SHAH!!!
