I saw a chat site, so, I had the idea to make a video based on it. The voice over is me, you should recognize it, but, damn, you'll be astounded. I made it for a site I'm working on, called "Awareness Against Online Predators."

I should say I'm suprised, but I'm not. While I haven't been within 20 clicks of a chat room for a few years now, what I've heard in the media is accurate to your video statement. While your portrayal was somewhat aggressive in your approach there is no denying that there is some sick people out there.

 

If you are trying to raise awareness on this site of online predators. I'd suggest trying the same tactics without mentioning older guys or pictures. Mention the age, chat normally and see what the response there is.

 

I think if you were to set several different scenarios in different chat rooms like the one you did there and others like yahoo and such, you might come up with more of a case to support the notion.

 

You know what sickens me most though. Most of these people were from the UK! And you have to question how many were really the age they say they were. Sickening, it really is!

I know that kind of crap that goes on in forums as much of my middle school days were filled with visting random Yahoo Messenger chats.
