RA/RA2 Windowed Mode

Hi all,

 

I'm new to this place

 

I just recently bought C&C First Decade, and what I want to know is if it is possible to run Red Alert and/or Red Alert 2 in windowed mode?

 

I've been trying to search these forums and google, but I came up pretty empty.

 

I was hoping you guys had a more concise answer. :wink:

That's never been possible AFAIK.

hmmm....right-click on the ra2.exe shortcut, go to properties, in the "target" field add -win

 

It should look something like that: "C:\RA\Red Alert\RA2.EXE" -win

 

THe path would depend on your personal setup but you will already have this in the shortcut - just add -win

 

Remember to change you colour depth to 16bit from your windows graphics settings.
