NZ and Australia

Hey, I play CnC3 online - Im from NZ, quite often I lag during games due to playing games against Germans etc lol... I was wondering if any Kiwi's or Aussies hang out in a certain lobby room? or if the lobby rooms are done by country? Any help would greatly be appreciated!

My flatmate always rushes to take all the tiberium he can. Then he has a massive base spread everywhere and loads of cash, but no defence- and i have a big army fully upgraded heading to his core from my small but very well defended base.

I find that building a war factory wherever you have a refinery not deep it your base will provide enough ground support to allow you to make defenses, and then either tank spam or spider depending on the situation.
