Renguard problems and WOL

When i start Renguard i got this message: Unable to initialize network, unless your Firewall is incompable with Renguard.

 

When i try to go on WOL I got this first: Requesting server list...

 

And then: Operation timed out!

 

My firewalls are off for these programs so it,s not that, and i work wireless
