Use tibed if you just want to modify red alert a little bit, or If you want to make "real" mods then use xcc and notepad...

Debes usar TibEd si quieres modificar el juego un poquito, como si quieres modificar el armor de un tanque, o algo pequeño como eso, pero debes usar "XCC " para modificar partes grandes como los videos, para agregar mas tanques o soldados, y cosas como eso.

 

Si quieres modificar los mapas del Red Alert 2, vas a necesitar Final Alert 2.

 

 

You should use TibEd if you want to edit the game only a little, such as modifying the armour of the tank or something small like that, but I suggest you use XCC Tools to modify large portions of the game such as inserting / removing videos, or adding more soldiers and tanks, and things like that.

 

However, if you want to modify the MAPS in the game, you should use Final Alert 2.

Thanks very much I know the use of FinalAlert, some years ago I use that application for create new maps and I think is not difficult to use.

Here are a guide or something like that (handbook) for to learn about TibEd or XCC???

I will gladly help if you use the XCC tools, the INI files and the OS tools should you want to make graphics.
