Command & Conquer 3 Mini Mod By DeeZire

Long time C&C modder, DeeZire, has created the Command & Conquer 3 Mini Mod, it makes some improvements, corrects some minor bugs and adds buildable walls for all 3 factions. It's based on the first walls mod made by Jonwil, which was not entirely effective. Here's the detailed description.

 

C&C3 MINIMOD BY DeeZire - WITH THANKS TO JONWIL

- Disables intro video

- Fixes a couple of bugs in the AI object listings

- Adds string support for missing Intel Database and Transmission Log entries (see below)

- Adds buildable walls to all 3 factions - I also changed the maximum length of each placed wall to

prevent players being able to place one huge wall down in one go

 

This mod is a standalone (requires no others) and fixes the issue with JonWil's original walls mod that

prevented some players from seeing any effect with that mod installed. This mod Works with the standard

or Kane editions of the game.

 

To install, simply put the config.txt and deezire.big files in the following directory;-

 

C:Program FilesElectronic ArtsCommand & Conquer 3Lang-english1.1

 

You will have to adjust the path relative to where you installed C&C3, and for non-English versions just

put the files into the relevant language folder for your version instead, then edit the config.txt file

accordingly.

 

Make a backup of the config.txt file first! To remove the mod, delete the deezire.big file and replace

the config.txt file with the original one you made a backup of.
