Importing BIG file into TibEd 2

Is there any way to change a BIG file with TibEd 2? I recently downloaed a Mod and would like to change a few things in it. Can I do it with TibEd 2 or do I have to use BigPOP?

You have to use FinalBig or BigPop to extract the ini files from the big file, but then you can use the import function in the Project explorer to add them to your mod.
